With 46 years of diverse experience, widely travelled globally, Dr Subhash Rastogi, is an Entrepreneur, Educator, Executive, Author, Mentor-Trainer, Speaker rolled into one. The blend of diverse experience & expertise of Business Management, Project & Manufacturing Management, Digital Technologies in Academia and Industry has motivated him to act like a Catalyst to improve the performance of Industry and Academic institutions.
He set up many prestigious corporate academies, including for Infosys, HCL Technology, Satyam (now Tech-Mahindra). With B. Tech &; M. Tech. education from I.I.T., Kanpur, and fellowship (Ph.D.) from NITIE, he also completed several Certification programs from Stanford University, the George Washington University, PMI, USA, APO, Japan etc.
He has vast consulting experience in large Corporate Houses in Government, Service Sector, Private Sector, and Public Sectors, including overseas. Trained more than 3000 executives in US, Europe, APAC in MNCs, and taught more than 1500 Post Graduate students. Also presented several papers International Conferences in several countries, besides being an author of an international book. His next book “Construction Quality management: Some Strategic Perspectives” is under publication.
As volunteer work earlier, he served as Member, Advisory Group, Registered Education Providers, PMI, USA, 2008-2010, also in PMI-Pearl City Chapter 2002-2010, PMI Team India, Head, Hyderabad Hub for Institute of Lean Construction Excellence (ILCE). Currently, he is a board member of non-profit making NGO, Engineers Without Borders, India.
