About Shipping/Downloading, Product Quality and Replacement As you place the order, you can download the digital product almost immediately. The Product will also be individually password protected. You will get your password through a mail. The risk of poor quality of product is passed to you as soon as the product is delivered to you. We cannot arrange for reverse uploading, as it is not required also. However, in case you have any trouble in downloading, like you are not able to get the right quality or the Book is not opening, or the part of the book is missing, you can submit your complaint, through our web-site and your will be responded within 24 hours for a replacement (permission for downloading once again). If our customers come across any such issues with any product, they should contact with the customer service within 72 hours. Failing this, we might decide to deny the request for replacement.
Policy of Change and Cancellation
If you need more than one unit of book, you will have to mention the number of books required. The payment amount will be computed accordingly. Each book will have a separate Password, which will be sent along with the book. All the sales are final and the cancellations of the items are not acceptable, once the payment process has started. Without any liability, we might cancel the accepted order before downloading, if the credit department does not give the approval of your credit. We can do the same if there is a problem with the mode of payment that you have selected.
Refund Policy
Since the downloading of the product is immediately after the payment, order once given cannot be cancelled.
