Terms and conditions for all purchases

The orders are for you to buy products from us. We will accept your offer by issuing a confirmation email or by confirming through mobile about the products that you have ordered and downloaded. These acceptances are subject to your assent to the conditions of sale. No other conditions will be applicable in this context.

Methods of Electronic Communication

As you visit our site or send any email to use, you actually are communicating electronically. With this communication, you give the consent for receiving communication from our end electronically. We can post notices to our website or communicate with your directly through mail. You will have to agree that all the notices and any other forms of communications that are provided by us electronically completely satisfy any kinds of legal necessities and such communications are in writing terms.

Prices

The prices that we post in this website can be changed without any notice. The prices that are available before the commencement of order will be applicable. The prices that are posted also include taxes, like GST. 

Conditions of Payment

The payments will have to reach us, before downloading the order. The payment process is totally managed by our third-party payment Gateway parties, which are approved and highly secured. We cannot accept payment through any physical object like cash, credit check, and draft.  

About Shipping/Downloading, Product Quality and Replacement 

As you place the order, you can download the digital product almost immediately. The Product will also be individually password protected. You will get your password through a mail. The risk of poor quality of product is passed to you as soon as the product is delivered to you. We cannot arrange for reverse uploading, as it is not required also. However, in case you have any trouble in downloading, like you are not able to get the right quality or the Book is not opening, or the part of the book is missing, you can submit your complaint, through our web-site and your will be responded within 24 hours for a replacement (permission for downloading once again, without additional payment). 

If our customers come across any such issues with any product, they should contact with the customer service within 72 hours. Failing this, we might decide to deny the request for replacement.

Policy of Change and Cancellation

If you need more than one unit of book, you will have to mention the number of books required. The payment amount will be computed accordingly. Each book will have a separate Password, which will be sent along with the book. All the sales are final and the cancellations of the items are not acceptable, once the payment process has started. Without any liability, we might cancel the accepted order before downloading, if the credit department does not give the approval of your credit. We can do the same if there is a problem with the mode of payment that you have selected.

Refund Policy

Since the downloading of the product starts immediately after the payment, order once given, cannot be cancelled. 

Access to License and Website

General: The site gives you limited license through which you can access the personal use of the website for downloading or modifying any portion of the content without the consent of the site.
Commercial sale: The license does not include any kind of commercial use of website or resale of the content. If there is any collection or listing of any product along with pricing, description or information of account, it can benefit another merchant.

About Your Account

Please note that our current product the eBook, is a small contribution from our side to Covid-19 sufferers, we had decided that till 31st July 2021, instead of selling this book for profit, we would allow readers to donate an amount (from a choice of 10 values INR 200, 350, 500, etc. and USD 3, 5, 10 etc), in order to download the book. 100% of the proceeds was donated to India’s COVID-19 fund, PM Care Fund and receipts were duly provided to the donors. The Tax on this was also  born by us and paid to Government. This was to ensure that  total contribution from the buyers reached the Covid-19 Fund. 

This scheme is now over, however. The Book has a fixed price now, with a provision of 50% discounts to Students. In last scheme, we sold 250 books under, and deposited the collected money to PMCARES FUND.
